My Chemistry Professor from an Airport Encounter | I just ran into him at the airport security checkpoint tonight. The staff calling out his name caught my attention, so I chased after him to say hello. As the boarding announcement urged us on, he suddenly stopped in his tracks.
Shi Yi, a gentle and low-key top voice actress, encounters Zhou Shengchen, an elegant overseas-educated chemistry professor, at an airport. They hit it off immediately and keep in touch via email. To save the family business, Zhou Shengchen must marry first according to his father's will, so he proposes an engagement to Shi Yi, whom he has grown fond of. As they spend time together, feelings deepen. Shi Yi is often troubled by dreams of her past life as 'Little Prince Nan Chen,' and this current-life bond echoes their past-life story in 'Love Like the Galaxy' (Zhou Sheng Ru Gu). Zhou Shengchen is the eldest son of the Zhou family in Zhenjiang and an associate professor of chemistry at UC Berkeley, conducting research abroad for years. He is refined and restrained, returning home to redirect the family industry, where he meets voice actress Shi Yi at the airport.
