Terms of Use

1. You must be an adult

The Service is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live. The Service contains mature themes, suggestive imagery and romantic or sexual roleplay between fictional adults, and it is not directed to children.

You may not use the Service on behalf of a minor, and you may not let a minor use a device while the Service is open. We remove characters and stories that depict minors, and we will refuse service to anyone we believe to be underage.

2. No account, no guarantee of continuity

The Service needs no signup. Because there is no account, your story progress and your preferences live only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing, or switching devices will lose that progress permanently, and we cannot restore it.

Characters you create are stored on our servers so that they can be played. We may remove any character or story at any time, including yours, without notice and without owing you anything.

3. Everything here is fiction

Characters on the Service are software. They are not people, they have no feelings, no memory of you beyond the current story, and nothing they say is a statement by peachi.ai. Output is generated by AI models and is frequently wrong, inconsistent or made up.

Never rely on anything a character says as medical, legal, financial, psychological or safety advice. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services instead.

4. What you may not do

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, publish or seek any of the following:

• Sexual or suggestive content involving anyone who is, appears to be, or is described as under 18, including fictional characters styled as minors.
• Non-consensual sexual content presented approvingly, or content that sexualises real violence, incest, bestiality or trafficking.
• Photographs or likenesses of real people used to create sexual content, or any impersonation of a real person without their consent.
• Content that is illegal where you are, or that promotes terrorism, self-harm, extremist violence, or the abuse of any person or animal.
• Harassment, doxxing, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, or threats against anyone.
• Malware, scraping at a scale that burdens the Service, automated abuse of the creation endpoints, attempts to bypass rate limits or safety filters, or reverse engineering of the Service.
• Reselling access to the Service, or passing its output off as a product of your own commercial service without adding substantial work of your own.

We may remove content and block access for any breach of this section, at our discretion and without notice.

5. Content you upload and content you generate

You keep ownership of images and text you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use that material, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, adapt and display it for the purpose of running and improving the Service, including publishing the resulting character on the public wall.

As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of the story text and images generated for your character. AI output may resemble output generated for other users, so it may not be protectable, and we make no promise that it is free of third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use it.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service itself, its interface, code, name and branding belong to peachi.ai or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment, and nothing more.

7. Third-party services

The Service runs on third-party infrastructure and third-party AI models. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party sites you reach from the Service.

8. The Service is provided as is

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any character, story or asset will remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, peachi.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits or emotional distress arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, or twenty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless peachi.ai and its operators against claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you upload or generate, or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and may delete content you have created. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12, survive it.

12. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to sue locally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
